Far from a one-size-fits-all approach, I utilize my extensive training in Viniyoga to craft a healing yoga practice tailored specifically for you and your body. I focus on function over form, with an emphasis on integrating your flow of movement of the breath with the movement of your spine. Incorporating neuroscience understanding of how to change the brain. Skilled in trauma sensitive yoga, I have developed and taught yoga programs for addiction recovery, working in groups and with individuals to support their unique recovery processes. As a C-IAYT (Certified International Association of Yoga Therapy), I’m delighted to see our field gaining the professional recognition it deserves.

Spotlight on Prenatal yoga

Prenatal yoga brings sensitive focus and gentle attention to the mother-to-be through breathing, relaxation, strengthening and stabilizing. Sessions are conducted in a calm, peaceful environment and help strengthen the uterus and pelvic muscles, improve circulation, aid in digestion, exercise the spine and increase overall comfort. Breathwork and meditation techniques are used to instill a feeling of trust in one's own inner wisdom during this time of change. A safe, open community allows you to freely discuss discomforts, concerns and joys. No prior yoga experience is necessary.
