Each session is written down so that you can continue the practice at home. As you grow, new programs will be developed.

Prenatal yoga is designed with the best interests of Mom and baby, helping not only to ease some of the discomforts that might arise during pregnancy (such as back pain, sciatica, or fatigue), but also to assist the Mom to get in touch with her breath - a vital link to having a more comfortable birthing experience. Yoga classes have the benefit of connecting with other pregnant women, and individual sessions cater to your own unique needs, at your own convenient times.

I have extensive experience in the field of addiction recovery and have developed the program for Residence XII. I work with people individually for the benefit of your recovery program, teaching how to incorporate a holistic approach suited to your needs and interests. I’m also available to consult with teachers who would like to implement these tools into their programs, or do research in the addiction field. I’ve done trainings on how to adapt yoga tools to this population, as well as speaking to institutions about how to incorporate a yoga program into their curriculum.
